Remove salmon from packaging. Lightly season both sides of each filet with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Set aside.
Rinse potatoes, cut each of them into 8 pieces, and place in a medium-sized bowl. Add oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Toss well and place on a greased sheet pan.
Open bag of spinach, rinse with cold water, and remove any large stems.
Place salmon on lightly greased grill. Cook on each side for 8 minutes or until done.
Place potatoes in the oven, and bake for 30-35 minutes or until tender.
Heat a sauté pan. Add 1 tablespoon of cooking oil to pan. Add red onions and cook until lightly browned. Add spinach and cook down. Once the spinach is slightly wilted, add in a pinch of salt and pepper.
