I am devoted to advocating for all people and showing the many faces of MS. I work as a human services professional but also spend much of my time as a peer counselor, support group facilitator, and MS advocate for people living with MS. Because of my efforts, I was awarded the Volunteer of the Year award from the National MS Society. I was diagnosed with MS in 2001. I believe that MS doesn't have to stop your life—it just adds another challenge to your journey.
