When I was diagnosed with MS in 2005, the reality that life is short hit home. I decided to learn how I could live a healthier lifestyle. To help myself, as well as to help others, I studied to become a certified health coach. Now I enjoy helping others using what I’ve learned as a health coach and through my personal experiences with MS.
