I was diagnosed with MS in 1986 and have been living with it for 29 years. For 18 of those years, I have been practicing yoga. I started yoga as a way to work on balance issues and manage my stress. In 2002, I decided that I needed to take the next step and earn my certification. Now I can teach yoga while also teaching myself what I can achieve. By doing this, I feel that I have proven that while I may have MS, MS does not have me!
