Ingredients:
  • 2 large bananas, peeled, sliced, and frozen
Prep/cooking instructions:
  1. Pulse frozen bananas in a food processor, and then blend until the consistency resembles soft-serve ice cream.
  2. Top with desired toppings and serve immediately.

Additional tips:

  • Experiment with healthy mix-ins like cinnamon, vanilla, cocoa powder, and other frozen fruit
